After the blockbuster success of Rampage (2018), Dwayne Johnson is back to face even bigger threats in the explosive concept for RAMPAGE 2: The Evolution.
Teaser Concept:
Opening Scene:
The screen is dark, and a low rumble shakes the silence. A helicopter’s spotlight sweeps over a devastated urban landscape, showing collapsed buildings, overturned vehicles, and debris everywhere. A narrator’s voice echoes ominously:
“We thought the threat was over. But nature… it doesn’t forget.”
Cut to Johnson’s character, Davis Okoye, standing in a lab, staring at a massive containment screen. Behind the glass, something stirs—a new, monstrous creature, even larger and more mutated than before. Davis clenches his fists, his face a mix of anger and determination.
“We stopped them once,” he says, “but they’ve come back… and they’re evolving.”
Montage of Scenes:
- Giant creatures wreaking havoc across multiple cities around the globe: Tokyo, New York, and Sydney.
- Johnson and his team sprinting through crumbling streets as a mutated, amphibious creature slams its tentacles into skyscrapers.
- The reappearance of George, the friendly albino gorilla from the first movie, now stronger and ready to protect humanity alongside Davis.
Epic Climax:
The teaser ends with a face-off between Davis and the leader of a mysterious biotech organization. “You have no idea what’s coming,” the antagonist sneers. Cut to black. Explosions, roars, and Johnson’s voice:
“We’re taking back our planet.”
Final Shot:
Davis stands on a rooftop with George by his side, overlooking a devastated city, ready for battle.
